OK first things first, these should probably be called Snicker Balls, and I’ve probably just alienated half the population! These are so easy to make, sugar free and vegan, what are you waiting for? You’ll need:

  • Hazelnuts (whole)
  • Peanuts/almonds/ hazelnuts (crushed)
  • Raw chocolate (melted)
  • Dates (pitted)

 

Method:

Insert hazelnuts into dates.

Roll each date into a ball and pop on a skewer.

Roll in melted raw chocolate

Roll in peanuts

Place on baking paper to set

Enjoy!
